Our current turnaround time is 3-5 weeks unless the fabric you are purchasing is a preorder. Preorders are subjected to the standard 8-12 week turnaround time not including time it takes to sew and ship your item.

Most of our items run true to size, please see size chart or e-mail your size inquiries before purchasing. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made.

Please wash our items inside out with like colors on cold or warm. Lay flat or hang to dry.

Due to customization of items, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted.
